Chris Groseclose

Instructor

Chris joined the Belmar team in 2019 and is currently the National Safety Manager. His main priority has been safety.  His certifications include: Bachelor of Science and Occupational Safety and Health. Hazardous Materials Instructor, Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, Crown© Equipment Instructor, Chris is a firm believer "that everyone should return home the same way they arrived. No less is accepted!"

Robert Maroney

Instructor

Robert joined the Belmar team in 2019 as a Trainer at the DTC where he acquired his authorized instructor credentials or PIT training. Robert brings a wealth of light industrial experience to his students and his enthusiasm for the industry is inspirational to all he meets.

Marty T Hawkins

V.P. of Training and Development

Marty brings over 35 years of warehouse  & operations experience, 20+ yrs in management and training positions to each class.  He's excited about the Distribution Training Center and looks forward to helping as many people as he can learn more about the warehousing industry.  He enjoys sharing his experiences of Career Coaching, Resume's and Interviewing suggestions with each class!
